The morning of the day I left Istanbul last week, I met Anton Bogomolov and Smaranda Voicu for breakfast. Anton, a professional photographer from Russia, has been taking some amazing photos of Istanbul, and Smaranda has come from Romania to research a thesis on gender relations in Turkey.
Anton has some amazing photography skills, including the ability to catch great shots of people. I picked his brain a bit on that, because I want to take more, and better, people shots in the remaining legs of this trip.
