A handful of people have asked me who the “Today is for…” people are. You know, the ones whose names I write on a whiteboard and dedicate that day’s walk to.

A few of those people are Kickstarter backers, but that’s not why they’re there.

Most of those people are kids of friends of mine. I like to play with kids, and I figure kids can never get enough inspiration or encouragement in life.

Most of the rest of the people are adults I know personally who have inspired me in some way.

Whomever a particular day is for, “Today is for…” is me dedicating a particular day’s work to someone to whom I owe a spiritual debt of some sort.
