In other words:
Upfront, one-time only fees: $125 to register the club, plus $41 for each person.
Recurring fees: $21 per person every six months ($42 per person per year)
For example:
If 20 people in your company join…
To start the club, your upfront, one-time only fee is $945 ($125 to register, plus $41 x 20 people, equals $945).
Then, every six months, you pay another $420 ($21 x 20 people equals $420).
